We may be able to arrange something for you (mail me off 
list). Alternatively, if you mail support at etix.com you can 
ask for a full refund if you decide this is not good 
enough. We're sort of trapped in a situation where there's 
not a lot that anyone can do.

We're making arrangements for London (we will be there to 
help sort tickets out), but there are different 
arrangements for Paris.

Refunds are faster if you go via eTix or Garbage.com; 
going via Visa may result in getting nothing due to the 
terms and conditions @ eTix (nasty I know, but *NO* ticket 
company guarentees delivery, although they usually dont 
mess up like this).

Also handling and postage fees are going to be refunded.

We're trying very hard to make this as plainless as 
possible for everyone, so please mail me if you are stuck 
and we WILL do what we can for you.
