ummm.  my name is stefanie, i've been on this list since i was in like 7th grade and i'm graduating college this year so that should give you a pretty fair idea.  i'm 20.  i used to run a garbage site called everything garbage which is still up but i think i've updated it once in the last two years and i can't be bothered to do anything else so i am probably going to take it down (boooo).   i'm from north jersey outside nyc but right now i live in philadelphia where i am studying music industry (that's a real major, believe it or not.  well no i'm almost done with it and i don't believe it either) and working at a bookstore called brentano's which i love most of the time.  that takes up all my time right now although i just did a little math the other day figuring out how much time i spend at school, at work or sleeping and apparently i have 9 hours a day of free time.  my math MUST be wrong.  when i graduate i'm moving to nyc to do something in marketing in the music biz... i have a couple of potential jobs already so that part is pretty great.  i'm going to la this summer and can't stop telling people about it.

i don't have a boyfriend or anything.  i have an ocicat named zero and i think when i get my apartment in new york i'll probably get him a buddy to hang out with, but i'm afraid that will make me one of those creepy single cat ladies.

i was in a band for a while but we broke up, and now i think i may want to do another one somewhere but it's so hard to find musicians in this city who aren't looking to be in a jam band, a 60's rock band, a prog-metal band or an emo band.  laaaame.  of course i don't know when the hell i would find time for it, but with my nine hours a day of supposed free time i'm sure we could squeeze a practice in here or there.  i recently bought an analog synth so i have been playing with that all by my lonesome, and that may be more fulfilling than working with actual human beings.

philadelphia is a really stupid city; if you're ever planning a vacation DON'T COME HERE.  it's BORING.
