 I agree that while every PSB's fan has its own
opinion, which may divert from any other PSB's fan
opinion, the collectivity of PSB's fans has a general
opinion which shows the general tendency. Everyone
agree so far?

 Now, The exceptions of that general rule are just the
materialization of the individuality of each PSB fan,
because each person is different and therefore has
different opinions.
