Um, every DVD Authoring software I've seen can do LPCM sound.  Also MP3 
is not a supported DVD audio codec.  MP2 is, but is only required for 
PAL players.  Anyways, Nero Vision Express (part of Nero 6) supports 
LPCM audio for one.
