[trash-talk] question about atlanta show

Yo people...

 I was trying to go to the show on the 13th in atlanta, but apparently its that 99x underground free concert. So im a bit curious to know if you have to be a resident of georgia to obtain a freeloader card. And if you do is it possible to go without one? Is this really the closest they are going to come to miami? Or florida for that matter. Why doesnt garbage love us down here????
