after 28 hours of labor and 30 min of pushing on August 11th 2004 Sterling 
Rene Young came into this world at 21 inches and 8lbs and 13 oz!!! as 
healthy and as beautiful as she can be. she is perfect! i am only home now 
for a few min to freshen up and grab some much needed ZZzzzzz... (i haven't 
slept in 4 days... no joke)
Cheyenne and Sterling and doing great!
thank you for your thoughts and everything else you all have done for us...
