hmm.. id offer you my normal "getting rid of tension" advice.. but then i 
dont really think that would help anyone.. *squeezes* my other suugestion 
would be to get very drunk.. yes another self-destructive idea from the 
loula farm but im never very good with much else...

anyways hope your day gets better...

btw you should get an lj.. perfect for venting these kinda feelings (excuse 
me, does lj pay me? why do i sound like a walking advertisement?)
