and yes ireland rocks.. but dont worry about not liking irish coffee - its 
an acquired taste. but you have to have some fadge! fadge is so gorgeous. im 
sure if you get an ulster fry (well they'll call it something else probably) 
- a cooked breakfast then they'll have fadge on it... of course the 
commoners will probably call it potato bread but its fadge i tell you and i 
wont change my mind! also try some yummy yummy white pudding - black pudding 
is ming. too much fat and cattle blood. :P actually black and white pudding 
is actually english but anyways...

eat some champ - had that for dinner tonight actually and it was truly 
delicious. dont get fobbed off by just mashed potatoes.. champ *has* to have 
milk, scallions and lovely butter in it to be real! and have some irish 
stew. with hp sauce.

also drink "big glass o milk ta" and then you'll be a really country irish 
girl.. :P and return fancy bread if you get it and ask for some sliced pan - 
this *is* ireland you know... :-D
