[Introspective] U.S. buying help!

Hullo Introspectivers,

It's very rare that I write the list but I need help.  Obv. I'm here because
I'm a huge huge fan, but embarrassingly have failed to make pre-arrangements
to buy the new album.

Looking on Amazon here in the U.S., I see the limited edition at $17.99 and
the regular version at $13.99, but they don't ship until April 21.  The
import versions are about double the price and ship tomorrow.

I only want the limited edition so I can get the second CD.  Where should I
buy it so that I can have it NOW rather than in April?  And, does anyone
recommend a U.K. or European seller to get imports?
