I'm not sure there actually is a USA version. I think EMI in Europe just 
made two versions. Two weeks ago, I bought the EMI/Parlophone NTSC 
Performance DVD from CD Universon.com. The PAL version is EMI 5999619, and 
my NTSC version says it's EMI 5999629 and "made in the EU."
