Kevin McCloud follows eight new housebuilding projects. Former Pet Shop Boys
manager Tom Watkins and his partner Darron have spent years dreaming of
building a Modernist white cube. They want it to be a home and also a
repository for their huge art collection, but is Hastings ready for such a
bold statement? Kevin McCloud has his doubts, as do local opponents of the
design.
