[Introspective] Final results of "The Rating Project Part 4: Behavior"

The final results are in of my Pet Shop Boys survey this past week -- Part
4 of my "Rating Project," focusing this time on the songs on the album
"Behavior." And the song with the highest average rating was:

* "Being Boring," with an average rating of 8.742 -- the highest average
rating yet of the songs covered so far in this project.

Of course, this means a new survey is now underway: Part 5 of the Rating
Project, this week dealing with the songs on the album "Very."  So when you
get a chance, please pay a quick visit to my site and rate each of these
songs on the 0-10 scale (with 0 meaning "one of the worst PSB songs" and 10
meaning "one of the very best PSB songs").
