clamassassin can modify the subject line if a virus is detected, but it 
does not support adding a virus report outside of the headers.  For 
subject line rewriting, please add the following option to 'configure':

  --enable-subject-rewrite[=message]
        When a virus is detected, rewrite Subject: header to be
        prefixed with *****VIRUS***** or [message] if specified
