Great show in Portland Saturday night. High energy concert, and Shirley
was talkative as usual, but at the same time there seemed to be a spark
missing or something. Nothing I can quite put my finger on, and maybe
it's just me, but it was almost like they just wanted to get on with it
and then get out of there. I don't know...

Of course the show was very good, nice setlist, great sound, good
performances. Garbage have become real pros at what they do. So even if
they're tired or otherwise perhaps not somepletely into it, they still
can put on a first rate concert. Maybe I was thinking too much about
the cancelled dates, and what the future may or may not hold for
Garabge...

Shirley dedicated Bleed Like Me to the hurricane victims, and people
anywhere that are hurting....

During Supervixen, I was sure that would be the last song, and I was
surprised that Stupid Girl hadn't been played. Then they played it...

Nice mixup of the setlist, not as predictable as Garbage setlists can
be sometimes. I did miss hearing Hammering live, that one's always
great.

Any other trashers make the Portland show?

See ya in Santa Cruz and San Francisco!
