Hey, I guess no one did it in portuguese too! Well, I live in Brazil, so the portuguese we speak here may be a bit different from the one spoken in Portugal:

garbage: lixo

supervixen : supermegera
queer: ridículo / estranho / homossexual
only happy when it rains: feliz somente quando chove
as heaven is wide: como o paraíso é extenso
not my idea: não é minha idéia
a stroke of luck: um golpe de sorte
vow: promessa / voto solene
stupid girl: garota estúpida
dog new tricks: novos truques de cachorro
my lover's box: a caixa do meu amante
fix me now: conserte-me agora
milk: leite

temptation waits: a tentação espera
I think I'm paranoid: acho que sou paranóico 
when I grow up: quando eu crescer
medication: medicação
special: especial
hammering in my head: martelando na minha cabeça

the trick is to keep breathing: o truque é continuar respirando
dumb: burro
sleep together: dormir juntos
wicked ways: maus modos

candy says: candy diz

deadwood: madeira morta (I'm not sure about this, but it also may have the same meaning as 'inútil' - 'useless', as abbey said)
driving lesson: lição de direção
enough is never enough: o suficiente nunca é o bastante
get busy with the fizzy: ocupe-se com o espumante (again, I'm not sure about it)
girl don't come: garota não venha
happiness: felicidade
I just wanna have something to do: eu só quero ter algo para fazer
kick my ass: chute o meu traseiro
lick the pavement: lamba o chão / pavimento
sleep: dormir
soldier through this: lutar por isto, passar por isto
subhuman: subhumano
supernatural: sobrenatural
the world is not enough: o mundo não é o bastante
thirteen: treze
13x forever: treze vezes para sempre
tornado: tornado
trip my wire: atravesse a minha corda / armadilha
use me: use-me
wild horses: cavalos selvagens
