Take the Underground to Picadilly Circus and get out there. There is a giant
Tower Records that has tons of CD singles and rare stuff. Across the street
is a giant Virgin Megastore that also has tons of singles and stuff.  You
can probably find any/all Garbage singles that you don't already have....
plus tons of Radiohead! They have as many b-sides as Garbage does....

Those are the best "mainstream" places. As far as out of the way places,
independant shops and whatnot, you'll have to hit up some locals for that
info....
