The weather could not have been more cooperative Thursday night for the 10th
annual Tandem Press wine auction, an always lively benefit for the
printmaking studio that's affiliated with the art department in the
UW-Madison School of Education.

This year's event was at the home of Garbage musician Steve Marker and his
wife, Cindy Kahn. All of Marker's band mates showed up, even Shirley Manson.
"That was exciting," Paula Panczenko, Tandem's director, was saying Friday.
