Well, heritage is based in genetics not geography.
Regardless of where he lived, he was of Finnish
descent and has passed some of those Fin genes on to
you! 

Of course, I am not going to sit here and argue that
you are not Norwegian, obviously you are. I was only
making the point that one cannot be 100% anything if
any of their (biological) grandparents are not also
100% that same thing... it's science, genetics, and
truth.

p.s. I only know half of my heritage, since my father
was adopted. My mother, however, is 50% Norwegian
(Grandma is 100%), making me 25% Norsk...
