[Trash-talk] Shirley and Madonna

At the MB there's a little discussion going on, and one (or more) of you are 
bound to know something about this. The post is too long to explain, so I'll 
just give you the link. I can say it has to do with Madonna asking Shirley 
out for dinner. I'm claiming it was during V2.0 era and it was in a magazine 
article, someone else is claiming Shirley posted the story in her diary. 
Which one of us is right?
