[Introspective] Waiting for Format in the US

Yes, I'm still waiting for my copy of "Format" here in the U.S., too. I got 
a notice Friday before last from the company that manages the official PSB 
Shop that it had been dispatched, but nearly two weeks later it still hasn't 
arrived. I'm going to give it until this Saturday, however, before I start 
to get *really* worried about it.
