[Introspective] Final results of poll on PSB tracks that would've made good singles

The final results are in for my poll this past week, in which I asked my
site visitors which of a selection of "non-singles" by the Pet Shop Boys
they personally believe would have made great singles -- and, of them, which
one they felt most strongly should have been a single. And the largest
number of votes in both categories went to:

* "Pandemonium," picked by 67.5% of the voters as a track that would have
made a great single, and also chosen by 22.1% as the song that they felt
most strongly should indeed have been a single.

To see the complete results, please visit my "Commentary" site at
http://www.geowayne.com/psbhtml.htm and click the "Past Survey Results"
button in the left navigation bar.

My new poll for the week ahead is a bit unusual in that it really doesn't
have anything to do with the Pet Shop Boys but rather with you, their fans.
I'm wondering how you feel about the artists who are currently reaching the
top of the pop charts. So I've found the ten artists (yes, exactly ten) who
have had at least one Number One pop hit *both* in Britain and in the United
States since the beginning of 2010. (That is, they had to hit the top of the
charts in both countries to qualify for inclusion.) I'm wondering which of
them you yourself like -- or at least have found yourself liking some of
their songs. Maybe a lot of them. Maybe just one or two. Or maybe none of
them at all. (Yes, there's an option for that, too.) So please take a moment
to check out the list there on my home page and make your choices.

Meanwhile, thanks to everyone who voted in last week's survey! And I wish
you all a fantastic week ahead!
