[Introspective] Love, etc. and the "b" sides

Hello fellow fans,
In reviewing the Boy's website, it seems 3 of the "b" sides for "Love, etc."
will be available only via digital bundle #1.

Since I live in the United States, does anyone know if bundles 1 and 2  will
be released state-side?

If not, then what is an American to do to get:

2. We're all criminals now
3. Vulnerable
4. Did you see me coming?
