[Introspective] Final results of poll on Neil's greatest vocal

I especially liked this poll. The fact that 300 experts voted and no clear 
winner resulted, simply indicates that there is NOT a single vocal 
performance in which Neil blows our mind beyond belief. This is not to be 
taken as a negative comment. I'm sure most of us believe that his voice is 
sublime in many songs. Still, it is true that Neil's vocal performances do 
not vary too much in different songs. 

I'm also 100% in agreement with those who say that Being Boring won because 
it's the default choice for many questions, being one of the top 2 PSB songs 
ever (the other being WEG).
