(don't read this if you don't want to know about the present european tour ;o)

well, the present tour is longer, they play more songs, so obviously
just for that reason I would prefer it... but I have to say I thought
the summer tour was quite ambitious and well thought-out precisely for
a "summer tour", with these cubes.
they've gotten rid of them now in europe. the setlist is the same
(exactly, I think, except we got "being boring" as an extra encore) as
on "cubism" but the stageset is different.

less ambitious I have to say, with just a screen framed with neons,
which move up and down and left and right to form different "shapes"
on the screen. but the screen itself is not always used, and when it
is it's not always *that* great.

apart from that, it's the same thing with the same dancers and singers
(who are quite good I think), Sylvia, etc. their costumes are not
exactly the same though, and obviously the staging of the songs
differs a little to that of the summer tour, since the cubes are no
more there.

I liked the cubes and the way they used them, I miss that to be honest.

and I honestly think we'll never get another brilliant show like
nightlife was, not to mention discovery or performance... we're
clearly under these standards here.

but anyway, what a pleasure it still is and always will be!

to bring it downtown tonight ;o)
