[Introspective] PSB New A Life In Pop In Australia

Seems there are currently 4 (four) versions of the DVD around. Two PAL
versions (one EU with Flamboyant and one AU without) and two NTSC versions
(one with and another without Flamboyant).
Can't say where exactly you can get the NTSC version with the Flamvideo, but
the PAL versions with the video should be available from all shops in
Europe. 
The Australian market should sell both PAL versions at the time, but I think
the version with the video included is much harder to get!

For Canada, seems there is only the 'without' NTSC around at the time.
