[Introspective] Sample of "Unfinished Sympathy" on "In the night 1995"?

I think we couldn't possibly know whether it was a sample or not, even if
Neil and Chris themselves said it wasn't. Samples are always a bit of a
nightmare concering copyrights and stuff like that. The record company would
advise them to tell everybody that they recorded it just similar to the
supposed original rather than sampling it, even if they actually sampled the
bit. 

But indeed, they just sound the same.
