[Introspective] Holst on glue

Just been listening to "Really" and am curious about the Holst on glue segment.  Trevor Horn says, "When it hit the end...  He'd written this whole thing that sounded a bit like Holst on glue.  I didn't like it and Chris really didn't like it..."  Question is, who wrote it?  Neil?  Richard Niles?  And has anyone ever heard it?  Is it what became "The Sound Of The Atom Splitting?"  Help!
