It makes perfect sense.  I believe that whichever fans are voting are, in 
essense, considering each song in comparison *only* to the other songs in that 
week's survey.  This makes comparing one week's survey to another almost 
meaningless.  The only way to get a true sample "feel" for how some fans rate PSB 
songs, overall, is to have just one survey in which ALL PSB songs are included.  

But I wouldn't include "Disappointed," because it's not a PSB song -- it's an 
Electronic song, and only PSB-related in that Neil wrote the lyrics and 
performed the vocals. But if we *are* to start including non-PSB songs in a PSB 
song survey, then we may as well throw in "No Regrets" by Robbie Williams -- I 
quite like it.
