[Introspective] PopArt PCB question

can you tell me what's written on the inner cardboard sleeve (NYCB? or
PCB?)?
Same happened with the 3xLP versions. There are several versions around
(NYCB/NYCB/PCB; NYCB/PCB/PCB; PCB/PCB/PCB; NYCB/NYCB/NYCB) - really
frustrating for the collectors...
