  I don't know if there's any truth to it, but some stores on the 'net say that Popart will not be released in the USA because the collection includes songs released on all 3 of the PSB's USA labels. 

  Can it really be that difficault to work out? And I thought they've had 4 USA labels, or maybe I just lost count.
