It's possible, but you're likely to just annoy the recipient.  False 
positives are extremely rare, and the sender information is almost 
always forged, so there's really not much to say.  If you are intent on 
doing it, look at the man page for formail on how to reformat an 
incoming message to do what you want.  There is not such a feature built 
into clamassassin.
