You would usually encounter this error if mktemp could not run, or could 
not create the temporary files.  Please ensure that the virtual host can 
run mktemp and can write to the temporary directory you've specified 
(usually /tmp).  If the virtual host is in a chroot environment or runs 
under a different userid, then you may not be able to find mktemp or 
might not have the right permissions.
