Dear clamassassin users,

I've released clamassassin 1.2.0 now available for download at
http://drivel.com/clamassassin/

    Highlights of this release:

    - Now uses gnu autoconf and includes a simple Makefile. This will
allow most people to just do the standard './configure ; make install'
and should vastly improve system compatibility. This increases the size
of the download a bit, but it's the best way to ensure that it just
works. (The last two releases should be ample proof of the deficiencies
of a home-grown configure script.)

    - The 'X-Virus-Report: OK' is now completely fixed. In addition,
multiple infections will be reported unless clamdscan is used (clamdscan
does not report multiple infections in streaming mode).

    - Virus signature file versions are now added to the headers to make
it easier to debug why a particular file was not caught.

Please take a look at the CHANGELOG for a complete inventory of changes.

I've already got 4 feature requests for the next version, so if
you've been shy about giving feedback, please let me know what
'wish-list' items you'd like to see in future versions.

Also as a reminder, clamassassin, including this release will not
work with ClamAV 0.75 when using clamdscan as there is a critical bug in
this version that makes clamdscan streaming mode break. Please either
stick with versions 0.74, or disable clamdscan if you use 0.75.
