[Trash-talk] about the ramones tribute

officially it stands for artists and repotoire (which i cant spell).. they 
source out new bands and work with them to get them deals, promotion etc.. i 
think.. despite the fact that i actually know a few of them i dont 
knowEXACTLY how to describe their job!
