Two albums in a year and the second one is not a remix album! <br><br>I loved Elysium but I am already swept away by Electric's title and the sound of the teaser. That would be a cook look for the next video, with minimal appearance by N&C. Is that Chris's sampled voice, chanting "electric energy" at the end? <br>
<br>I wonder if the Boys are going to book smaller venues for the proper tour. After supporting Take That in their stadium mega-tour and all the festivals, perhaps they will prefer intimate stages like the Berlin one from the Electric Beats concert. <br>

OK, I'm buzzing too! This is massive. I am generally clueless (about everything in the world) but certainly had no idea about a whole new album coming out. This is awesome news for me. Two albums in a year's time? And the tour is going to be epic. I certainly hope you're right about it being the party side of <i>Elysium</i>.</div>

My thoughts:<br>

1. The teaser video!<br>

2. So glad the album is "Electric" rather than "Ecstatic". The tour
name had me hopeful. "Electric" makes an el-egant pair with
"Elysium". I guess these songs came from the same writing sessions
and I'm hoping/feeling that it's meant to be the party-side
companion to <i>Elysium</i>. It looks like the sans serif font is
being shared, at least. It will be interesting to see if they carry
the album art concept across somehow. I hope so.<br>

3. So many YouTube commenters are so dismissive of the beautiful <i>Elysium</i>.
I don't get it. Does life have to be a rave every minute of the
day? :-)<br>

4. Orchestral Manoeuveres In The Dark release <i>English Electric</i>
in April. I wonder which band was more annoyed at the arrival of
the other's press release. I think it's a fun coincidence, though.
The OMD record sounds like it will please classic synthpop fans.<br>
